Gin and Aperol Spritz

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Rivi Gin Grapefruit Flavored Gin
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Sparkling Wine(Prosecco)
- Grapefruit Slice for garnish
PREPERATION
Combine gin, Aperol, and fresh grapefruit juice in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
